Lead the S&C programme for GB Rowing throughout the last Olympiad and building towards the road to Rio 2016Developed strong skill sets in strength, power and speed training, strength diagnostics, monitoring of training and programme interventions based upon these diagnostics and continual athlete monitoring

Technical leadership, line management and coach development for the 20+ S&C coaches across the regionWork with the national S&C technical leadership team to develop and quality assure the practices of the S&C coaches working with Olympic, Paralympic, Commonwealth and Professional sports. Lead the S&C programme for GB Rowing throughout the last Olympiad and building towards the road to Rio 2016. Previous sports worked with many Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth Sports during the last 10 years.
