Alex Ramirez is currently the Director of Analytics at WorkMoney, a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting Americans with benefits that help them save money on everyday expenses. As the former Outreach Data & Reporting Director at ActBlue, Alex focused on building and enhancing organizational, programmatic, and reporting data infrastructure for staff and platform users. Prior to joining ActBlue, Alex worked at EMILYs List, first managing multi-channel fundraising data and later leading critical expansion of data and technology programs and resources. Alex has directly managed multi-level staff for over seven years and holds expertise in cross-departmental project management, strategic planning, developing organizational data culture, and capacity building.
