Created custom 'Add-Ins' using HTML, JS, CSS to add value to the end customer experience of the SaaP. Assisted marketplace partners and other integrators to resolve software issues.Contributed extensively to the community forums to resolve technical questions.

As part of the engineering team, I was accountable for supporting the development of underground/overhead electrical-distribution designs for new builds/repairs/overhauls of Toronto Hydro owned infrastructure . With previous experiences in Nuclear plant electrical design & quality control supervision, I was able to quickly adapt to the standards, technologies, and procedures used/required by Toronto Hydro and Valard construction. Beyond quickly learning the best practices of design and supporting the engineering team, I also wrote (Python, Sikuli) scripts to automate the creation of BOMs and other documentation, thereby made these processes 5 times quicker than previous manual-only methods.
