I have participated in grievance hearings and have experience with the Alberta Human Rights Commission. In particular I have extensive experience with performance and attendance management.- Job evaluation; I use a modified Hay System to classify both management and non-management positions.- Staffing; I chair selection panels for a variety of positions and work to ensure that human resources are deployed in the most efficient manner.- Consulting; offers consulting services to line managers to help them manage their human resources and implement best practices. I have extensive experience providing coaching and advice to managers on having difficult conversations with their employees.
