CurrentPhoenix 2.0, is a full service IT consulting and management firm. We help our clients run more efficient and profitable businesses by leveraging technology for business outcomes; we do this by providing day-to-day IT management and support for Bay Area organizations ranging in size from a dozen employees e.g. a small law firm or financial services boutique, all the way to e.g. 400 person middle market consumer products company. We also provide project based consulting services, interim and fractional IT leadership and staff augmentation. Besides Managed IT Services, we have deep expertise and a commitment to managing Cyber Risk and DevOps consulting. Our motto is "IT without the drama" and is derived from a continuous improvement, no fault mentality and approach to service delivery based on our core values and a process playbook informed by years in enterprise IT and Business. Our other clients are tech startups, companies in the life sciences, not-for-profits, manufacturing and retail operations who have a presence in the Bay Area. We enjoy working with smaller not-for-profits and large tech clients alike, our key requirement is that our clients value technology and its capability to transform their organization and realize that they're not well-equipped to figure it all out on their own.
