I first began assisting my father with his computer repair business as a young teenager and continued until he closed up shop. During the summer after my sophomore year of high school, I began assisting people independently with computer related issues, including virus removal, hardware diagnostics and repair, file preservation, and basic network troubleshooting. Over time, I expanded my knowledge into smartphones and tablets as word-of-mouth spread and people asked me to help with other devices and issues. As of late, I have been advising people on configuring their internet connections, advisement of ISPs and their offers, consulting of basic personal internet security practices, and upgrading or replacing obsolete desktops.

I was the assistant manager for the James Cancer Hospital location at the Ohio State University. I oversaw 15 employees and managed day-to-day tasks such as finances, placing and receiving orders, and ensuring customer and employee satisfaction.
