🎓 After earning my degree and masters in Chemical Engineering, I dived into the field of process safety with a process safety consulting firm. From process hazard analysis I developed my technical skills while laying a foundation in safety engineering, giving my first steps towards a risk-based mindset. 💼 However, my journey took an enriching turn when I transitioned to dss+. Here, I've had the opportunity to explore safety from a different angle – one deeply rooted in human behavior, culture, and leadership.🌱 In my role as a business analyst, in ocassions project manager, I've been privileged to lead initiatives focused on assessing safety culture within organizations. It's fascinating to witness firsthand how leadership practices and organizational culture can significantly influence safety and performance outcomes.🤔 I'm constantly driven to dive deeper into understanding the dynamics between leadership, culture, and safety performance. How do leadership behaviors shape organizational culture?
