Controls engineer specializing the Dematic Crossbelt material handling system. As well as supporting pallet and case conveyor systems.

Focusing on the development of new solutions in relation to ICT's Tempcom extruder control system. Including PLC and HMI programming, commissioning new projects and designing and testing new features.

As Technical Services Manager I am responsible for overseeing both the Engineering Department and the Service Department. Managing tasks, schedules and ensuring that projects are designed, ordered, built, and commissioned to company standards, on-time and on-budget. As well as further product design and development on my own.

I am the primary programmer/screen designer for the company's Tempcom series of products including the Supervisor, Advisor and Revisor. This includes programming the base code for motor and heater control as well as customizing the code and screens to meet each customers needs.

As a Project Engineer I am responsible for overseeing all new projects from order to shipment. This includes managing all documentation, identifying design issues, handling production hold ups and managing all communications between engineering, production, operations and sales.

As an Application Engineer I was responsible for designing new systems and supporting customers. I also was responsible in assisting with the quality checks on all products heading out of our shop to the customer.
