As Systems Engineer of Financial Systems Division whose scope of work includes Software development and support of NCR’s Self Service Terminals (ATM) and NCR’s Check Clearing Machines. Customer Engineer – Professional Services (Jan. 1 – Nov. 15, 1994)After several months, AT&T merged with NCR, the software engineers was upgraded to consultants, thus the change to Professional Services. The scope of work now includes project management and pre sales. Aside from products above was assigned to be the sole Philippine support of Branchview (AT&T-GIS Branch Automation System). Responsibilities include sourcing of hardware, software and LAN components per branch, pre-installation and testing prior to delivery, and finally delivery, installation and training per branch.
