I have helped some of the top engineering teams in Colorado find talent to meet their most specialized needs. - Responsible for sourcing quality candidates using external recruiting tools, referrals, personal networks and traditional search methods. - Review applications and add found candidates to the ATS. - Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to establish sourcing strategies for a diverse set of roles. - Sourcing for roles ranging from Electrical and Hardware Engineers to Product Managers, and focusing on tech roles like Machine Learning Engineers, Data Engineers, AI Developers, Back-End, Front-End, Full-Stack, Mobile (iOS & Android), .NET Software Engineers, Java Engineers, DevOps/SRE (Site Reliability Engineer), UI/UX developers, QA (Quality Assurance), Software Architects, Managers, Leads, Staff, Principal, Directors, etc.- Advocate for and deliver a fantastic candidate experience through unique messaging, timely responses, and a healthy knowledge of our roles to answer any questions. - Screen sourced applicants, and facilitating next steps in the hiring process. - Partner closely with our recruiters and coordinators in executing hiring strategies and making adjustments as needed.- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to establish sourcing strategies for a diverse set of individual roles.- Proactively managing internal relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and interview teams to meet needs and give continuous feedback on what is/is not working and make changes as needed.- Manage relationships with external recruiting tools, vendors, search firms, and other third parties.- Develops proactive and creative new sourcing strategies, especially around diverse talent pools.- Act as the first point of contact for passive candidates through email and scheduling.
