Solution manager of global Master Data Management (MDM) system.• DM - global pricing system: The system analyzes available purchase options and enforces the lowest cost one. Implemented the quality control system and related processes to identify and mitigate risks to functionality delivery and quality.• Non production procurement system (NPPS): compliance enforcement and cost reduction opportunities identification.Led SRM, Reporting (BI), Master Data Management, portal systems implementation and process re-engineering brought by the merger of Solectron and Flextronics. Implemented scalable solution capable to benefit from combined purchasing power of both companies. Project manager for $6.6M (70 people) project. Delivered the project full scope 15% under budget. Created framework for track leaders to identify potential risks to scope and quality. Built the team able to take the solution forward.• NPPS program management: Together with global procurement and sites’ materials organizations deployed the new processes at 28 sites across different business units worldwide. Established business SME council to guide the roadmap. Implemented SAP Business Objects reporting off production Baan Oracle databases. Led the team from US, Mexico, Austria, and India from project initiation to transition to support.
