Making things happen. That’s where I live. Whether it’s developing and perfecting a process or coaching a team to improve their results I thrive on making things better for businesses. Drawing on my background in sales, management, marketing, and turning concepts into realities, my wheelhouse is at the intersection of people and processes. Constantly looking to “build a better mousetrap” I take a holistic approach to identifying and addressing stress points within an organization. I have assisted companies in process development and improvement resulting in as much as a 4x increase in available throughput. I also enjoy working with staff on achieving optimal results within given areas of responsibility. I’ve worked with sales teams and customer service departments to maximize efficacy and improve satisfaction both customer side and in house. It’s tremendously fulfilling to see the “light bulb” go off with staff when they realize how a different way of doing things can make life better for the client, the company, and themselves. It's amazing what can be achieved when you can get everyone pulling in the same direction within a department or business. Equally at home working with technical staff or customer facing reps I can will speak the language necessary to make things happen.
