New Energy Risk underwrites complex risks in renewable energy.

GreenDoor was a technology startup aimed at helping scale up the adoption of PACE renewable energy loans. PACE was a new and potentially disruptive financing program that was created by the Recovery Act in February 2009. The program was suddenly discontinued by federal regulators in the summer of 2010, following which the small team we'd assembled at GreenDoor became part of New Energy Risk.
