With over 10 years of experience in international program management, I am passionate about creating positive social and environmental impact through innovative and collaborative solutions. I currently work as a Program Manager at EcoPlanet Bamboo, where I manage the Riparian Restoration project in Rwanda, in partnership with the Government of Rwanda. I manage a staff of 300 people and oversee the planting of 1000 hectares of bamboo to prevent soil erosion along the country's rivers, and to provide sustainable income and livelihood opportunities for the local communities.My core competencies include healthcare management, international trade and finance, grant writing, training, and on-boarding. I have successfully led and delivered projects in diverse and challenging settings, such as Russia, China, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and India, working with various stakeholders, such as USAID, the World Bank, NGOs, and private sector companies. I have also designed and implemented operational policies and procedures for NGOs in compliance with donor requirements, and trained staff and partners on international trade law and policy. I am a multilingual strategic thinker, with a MA in International Relations, and fluent in English, Spanish, and Hebrew. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges that align with my mission of driving sustainable development around the world.
