As a Scrum Master/Team Lead, my daily mission is to ensure the team follows Scrum practices and values, while leading agile ceremonies such as Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Plannings, and Retrospectives. My focus is always on promoting continuous and incremental value delivery, proactively removing any impediments that could hinder the team’s progress, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. With six years of experience in Agile methodologies, I hold certifications such as PSM 1, SFPC, CPRE, CASF, and I was a Survey Contributor for the Agile Adoption Report 2022 by CertiProf. I've also completed various other courses for developing both soft and hard skills in the Agile space.As a Team Lead, my mission is to ensure the continuous delivery of value to our clients and stakeholders. I'm committed to technical excellence and continuous improvement, guiding the team through Agile development practices to achieve outstanding results.I strongly believe in the power of a motivated and collaborative team. That’s why I dedicate myself to fostering a high-trust environment where everyone can reach their full potential and self-organize. Part of this commitment involves facilitating open, active communication, managing conflicts, and ensuring all team members are aligned with the organization’s culture and working towards the same goals.Promoting a culture of continuous improvement is another passion of mine.
