In my role as a supervisor, I was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store. This includes tasks like coordinating and scheduling our staff, making sure products are well-organized on the shelves, addressing customer questions and concerns, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. I also handle employee training, monitor inventory, and assist in meeting our sales targets, all while ensuring that the store operates in accordance with company policies and standards.

This job served as my introduction to the engineering/industrial industry. Here I learned about health and safety at work, threading, and basic machine management.
