Led global program, with focus on digitizing and mobilizing major processes and tools at P&G. This resulted in 15-20% productivity improvement for the front end sales organization, real-time collaboration between marketing and sales, and jump in customer satisfaction.Wide technology stack included: Hardware (iPad, iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, Windows mobile), TelCo (AT&T, Verizon, Vodaphone), Device Management (Afaria, Airwatch), Security (Junos, Anyconnect), App development (Swift, Kotlin, Java, AngularJS, Cordova, HTML5), CRM (Salesforce, SAP CRM) and CMS (Sharepoint, Box)

Innovated and implemented Real-Time Distributor Collaboration capabilities in Eastern Europe, and then in CEEMEA region, with over 100 distributors in scope. This capability allowed to gain visibility to distributor sales, gain insights on distributor performance, introduce new Pay for Performance bonus system, introduce perfect store programs and significantly improve supply chain metrics (case fill rate, inventory, cycle time).Technology stack included custom-built collaboration platform, Big Data, Oracle BI suite (OBIEE), Spotfire.

Led the transformation of the distribution network in Central Europe. This included implementation of central warehouse capabilities in Poland and Czech Republic; and transition of OSB (Order-Shipping-Billing) platform from AS400 mainframe to SAP SD.

Managed regional and global portfolios for integrated supply chain systems. Key deliverables include integration of Wella and Gillette supply chain systems; qualification of advanced line scheduling systems (OMP, Smartplanner, SAP PPDS) and implementation of global demand and distribution requirements systems.

Led regional acquisitions portfolio, including selection, due diligence and transition/integration efforts for the target companies.
