Working as an intern for Major League Baseball was an incredibly rewarding opportunity filled with growth and collaboration. For the 6 months I interned in the Design Services department, I assisted in production timeline management for on-field uniforms, communications tracking for legal approvals and special event planning, and in-office organization. As a result of the work and progress made throughout my internship, I was offered the opportunity to enter into a full time role as Project Coordinator for the Design Services department. With this opportunity, I was given more autonomy in communicating with vendors, managing project timelines independently, and coordinating between departments internally. By evolving into this new role, I solidified my place as an organizational force within my department by helping facilitate vital organizational philosophy and technique.

Throughout my time at Protection Advisory as an administrative assistant, I have gained important and invaluable administrative skills. My duties at the company include filing important documents, organizing filing systems, collecting mail, and making copies. Through these tasks, I have learned a sense of responsibility, self-driven initiative, and important collaborative skills in working with a variety of members within an office environment.
