FERCAM is a family-run transport and logistics company that ended its 2018 finanacial year with a turnover of 812 million euros. It enables anyone to shop for and deliver to another person, on demand. The result is that Grabbit brings people together to create the world’s first shared delivery network.

After the completion of the European Graduate Merchandising and Buying scheme at TJX Europe, I took on the permanent position as an Allocation Analyst. I became responsible for shipping 'Home' goods in the right quantity, at the right time and to the right stores for the German, Austrian and Polish market. The function is a combination of analysis, creative planning and financials. Furthermore, it developed my skills in interpreting sales performances, anticipating consumer-buying patterns and forecasting sales, in order to make commercial recommendation to the Buying and Merchandising team. Using my abilities to spot opportunities, problem solving and increasing sales, contributed to my promotion to Senior Analyst in June 2016.

After three years of intensive training I became an official Italian national ski instructor. In those three years I worked as an intern ski instructor during the university winter holidays and as a fully qualified instructor since 2012. Working as a ski instructor developed my communication skills in three languages, but most importantly enabled me to understand customer needs in different situations.
