I am always on the lookout for new ways of doing this so please drop me a message if you have any ideas!Outside of work I love spending time with my family, getting my steps in (anyone who has worked with me will be used to a lot of walking meetings!), playing golf, reading history books or listening to podcasts.𝐌𝐲 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:My original plan of spending 6 months in parking, before starting a graduate scheme has turned to 12 years of working in or around the parking sector (it turns out there was a lot more to it than I first thought!). I have packed quite a lot into that time with some highlights including:◾Overseen the promotion of hundreds of amazing people into new roles across lots of different sectors and learning so much from watching them succeed in their new roles◾Leading a civil court case that reached the UK Supreme Court and changed contract law that had stood for a century ◾Taking on the challenge of leading a business unit that was basically breaking even and turning it into a multi-million pound, high growth profit centre in two years◾Integrating three acquired businesses into one operation and culture, led by exceptional managersI am now responsible for all the operations across Agena Group, with nearly 200 people focused on transforming double digit annual growth in our revenues and workloads as expertly and efficiently as possible.
