What makes the business unique is that we attend key events (tournaments, playoffs, homecoming games, etc.) and have the photographs printed and framed before the game is over. They are then available for purchase by parents, grandparents, or even friends. We go to all different kinds of youth sporting events, such as football, basketball, baseball, hockey, cheerleading, and wrestling. We always give 10% back to the host of the tournament, and we have been featured in two local papers for our charitable donations and entrepreneurial work. We hope to continue to grow as a company and make young athletes experience that much better.

StudentBusiness Trip Nov 2011 - Aug 2012At the beginning of my senior year, I sent letters to executives at various large businesses. My reason for contacting these executives was to express my interest in the way their business was run and to acquire as much advice and information in regards to becoming successful in business. I wanted the opportunity to be able to sit down with executives as well as employees to ask questions that I will be able to use in my career to gain knowledge as well as increase my chances of success. After getting many responses, I spent the second week of my summer break traveling the west coast, meeting with large businesses. I got to meet many amazing people as well as powerful business figures. My journey started by leaving Chicago and heading to Seattle, Washington. My first stop was Costco, getting to sit down with Jeffery Brotman, the founder and Chairman as well as Richard Galanti, the Chief Financial Officer. I was also introduced to Mr. Jelinek, the current CEO. My week continued traveling to Portland, Oregon to visit Nike on Tuesday. I had an exciting day at their World Headquarters, meeting with Tinker Hatfield, designer and innovator at Nike as well as Howard White, VP of Jordan (A division of Nike, Inc.) just to name a few. My week concluded by traveling to Santa Clara, California. There, I met with Intel on Wednesday, McAfee on Thursday, and eBay on Friday. I got to meet with many more astonishing people, including Todd Gebhart, co-president at McAfee, Michelle Dennedy, VP Chief Privacy Officer, and Patrick Dupuis, SVP and CFO at PayPal.
