Alex Hill is a Senior Project Manager at Malone Construction Company at Malone Construction Company. He possess expertise in construction, contractors, construction management, contract negotiation, renovation and 15 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "My wife and had 1 "must do" project and 4 other "dream" projects that we wanted to do before our second child was born. We had 2 other contractors fall through and time was running out. Another builder recommended Alex and after we met with him we liked him immediately. He had all of the necessary documents and paperwork ready to go and even got architectural plans from an engineer just to ensure we were comfortable. He also ended up talking to 4 different electricians and got us such a deal on the HVAC that we were able to get all 5 jobs completed. He was so easy to work with and so personable I guarantee that if we build our next house he is going to oversee it. He took great pride in all of the work and was on sight as often as possible to ensure that it was being completed to his expectations which are set above ours. He first built a ceiling over an existing great room constructing a media center above it with hand made built in cabinets and crown molding. 2- He put hard wood floors through out the 1st floor, 3- He had the cabinet maker custom build 2 bookshelves attached to 3 toy chests that run under 3 windows, 4- Crown molding was added to every room and hallways, and lastly he turned a large second floor bonus room into a bedroom suite, full bathroom, and closet.
