This includes credit card processing, cash discount, POS systems, integrated payment processing, customized solutions, and merchant cash advance. Formerly, I was with Ericsson as a Customer Demand Manager in Supply Americas in Plano, TX. I took command of this role as a RAMP (Rotation and Mentorship Program) graduate and demonstrated abilities to drive accurate forecasts and foster communication between sales and group supply. Shaping our supply chain and reacting to disruptions relied heavily on proper data management and forecasting, which I provided in this role. My forecasting efforts led to on time deliveries for T-Mobile and improved MAPE scores (from 100% Mean Absolute Percent Error to 30%). During my time in RAMP, I supported 5 different teams in Group Supply. These teams were our USA 5G Smart Factory Project Management Team, Supply Digitalization, Inbound Supply, Guadalajara MX Plant, and Customer Unit Supply T-Mobile. The success I had in these projects led to me being recognized as a Key Contributor by Ericsson, and proves that I am a well rounded supply chain professional.
