Managing construction of a major transport infrastructure included in Olympics construction projects (Sochi 2014)

Project: Olympic village infrastructure project in Sochi, Russia.Primarily based in the office with 25% of time spent onsite, responsible for document control, reporting and project administration to support onsite delivery.Responsibilities:- Managed all project documentation and drawings and provided subcontractors and engineers with information.- Collected progress data and material usage, and maintained construction progress and materials database.- Prepared progress claims for approval and daily project reporting for senior management- Raised and managed RFIs to ensure prompt resolution of technical issues.- Worked on site to support the engineers and subcontractors, to construct roads and services.- Participated in project planning process.- Participated in the Quality Control process, coordinated sampling and laboratory testing.- Created work-as-executed drawings in AutoCAD.
