- Responsible for identifying and implementing the overall national college recruiting strategy for the claims division of Progressive- Identified college markets to address the business recruitment strategy based on geographic hiring need, past hiring performance, overall enrollment, student diversity make up and disciplines- Researched and built expertise regarding recruiting issues and trends in college environment- Managed the pipeline of between 15-20 evergreen Claims Generalist Trainee requisitions per semester for graduating senior candidate pool- Coordinated between 75-100 campus events per semester including; registration, payment processing, representation coverage, hand out materials and campus team training- Partnered with campus organizations whose relationships could positively impact our hiring and diversity efforts- Full cycle recruitment for Claims Summer Internship program which has grown from 2 openings in summer of 2011 to 15 openings in 2013- Created Claims College SharePoint site to aid in overall tracking of the college program strategy as well as allow for a housing site for historical data and research
