- Full cycle recruitment for Applications Programmer opportunities throughout various IT departments within the company- Build and foster strategic partnerships with hiring managers to fill both internal and external positions - Project Manager for ‘New Technologies Landscape’ initiative designed to develop methods to impact candidate experience and increase efficiencies through improved technology- Co-Lead for the ‘Hispanic Sourcing Center of Excellence’ team which serves as a centralized resource in impacting our ability to increase employment brand awareness amongst the Hispanic market
