- Development of a multiple category specific self service Tableau dashboard that gives the user a total understanding of the volume, sales, financial cost, and future impact for that category. This dashboard allows the user to toggle between multiple filters in order to get to the data points that they are looking for. - Creation and ownership of a sales dashboard which takes all of sales for Cardinal Health Edgepark products. This allows many different departments to understand what impact each product has on sales volume, profit, cost, and rebate. This dashboard also tracks new orders vs reorders, total product category sales, patient counts, and sales team monthly quota. - Utilization of both analytical tools (SQL, Alteryx, excel, etc.) as well as visualization tools (Tableau) to complete over 100 adhoc requests for different areas of the business. These requests ranged from updating existing workflows to building workflow from scratch to extract a specific data set to building a complete self service tool for users to obtain all necessary information - Successfully created an automated tool using VBA and Alteryx for users to extract key data points off of one or multiple unique customer IDs. This tool would help to improve the speed and efficiency at which the customer service team was able to provide accurate feedback to customers that reach out with issues on an order of a potential life saving product.

- Development of an automated dashboard by utilizing both Alteryx and Tableau in order to showcase thousands of units of data in a visual way that allows the user to understand the data better - Automating the monthly re-screen process in order to decrease the release time by 25 hours monthly utilizing tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Excel to complete- Creating all strategy and innovation team Jira configurations as well handling any issues or enhancements and tracking each story to ensure it is completed on time

Third Rotation in the CADP Program focusing on analytics - Development of an automated exam management tracker using Alteryx and Tableau which improved the quality and efficiency of reporting for over 200 exams - Modified the monthly Issue Validation report by automating it in Tableau in order to cut back on release time by over 40 hours a month and to streamline the report allowing users to understand the main details better- Created an automated dashboard through the manipulation of over 15,000 units of data in Alteryx and Tableau in order to analyze and track the status of the CARV program over a 24 month period- Presented findings from each built automated dashboard in monthly review calls to senior management

Second Rotation in the CADP Program focusing on process improvement- Development of an automated branch tracker that increased the speed and efficiency for maintaining the operating status of about 5,000 branches in the United States - Successfully managed hundreds of daily requests from branch managers about all issues that affected the operating status of their branch (i.e. COVID, weather issues, protests, etc.) - Performed statistical analysis on large data sets in order to draw conclusions about issues causing long to effects to the branches (ex: Destruction of branch due to weather, consistent COVID cases, etc.)

First Rotation in the CADP Program focusing on project Management- Analyzed reports to ensure over 20 major cyber security applications were on track and assigned to the proper owners prior to their migration to new data hubs- Predicting the performance of all cyber security applications that are migrating to each data center across the globe. Ensuring that the proper storage space was available at each location-Analysis of thousands of units of data vi internal systems, excel, and tableau that were used to build presentations for senior management on the overall status of the data center migration project

Coordinated a cross-functional team consisting of business, technology, and testing partners to create over 50 stories for the new Lending Connect Annual Review System. Utilized JIRA boards in order to construct over 200 stories for the new Annual Review and PreQual systems. Established a new mail merge process in order to increase the overall efficiency and speed of creating a mail merge.
