Worked on a popular CRM product “Solve360” for small businesses, with a small team of five.- Designed, implemented, documented a public RESTful API, Webhooks support.- Implemented advanced calendar feature (similar to Google Calendar)- Implemented integration with 3rd party vendors (Freshbooks, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Google Apps (contacts, calendar, tasks), Zendesk and others)While focus was on the product, large part of it was providing the RESTful API and integration with 3rd party vendors: important elements of intersystem communication design, distributed architectures, collaboration and productivity at scale.
