• Prepare reserves valuations and VDR materials for oil & gas transactions of over $1.1B in value across 90+ assets, of which $375MM closed in 60 M&A transactions - Evaluate operated, non-operated, royalty & joint-venture assets in conventional and unconventional plays of most major U.S. Oil & Gas Basins • Anadarko, Arkoma, Big Horn, DJ, Eagle Ford, Green River, Permian, Piceance, Powder River & Williston Basins - Solely manage multi-disciplinary valuation processes: land, engineering, development, & financial evaluation - Develop, manipulate, and convert ARIES & PHDWin reserves databases for all valuations - Estimation of developed reserves and future production rates utilizing decline curve analysis - Employ various type curve methodologies with a thorough understanding of completion, subsurface and operational performance to demonstrate proven upside reserves and additional future resource potential - Provide recommendations to clients on divestment strategies based upon market conditions & asset quality - Responsible for constructing all VDR materials and entire Management Presentation slide decks• Collaborate with clients’ team members of all disciplines to finalize asset valuations & all associated materials• Conduct Basin-wide studies analyzing well performance, completion trends, operator activity, M&A activity, and operational or other development trends• Directly manage entire technical team, including a Reservoir Engineer and Senior Geologist
