In these challenging times, the ability to navigate complex scenarios and advocate for workers' rights has been paramount.My journey with UFCW began over a decade ago, evolving from a volunteer to a key steward at GardaWorld, and now, a representative championing the rights of workers across Northwest Ontario. By fostering strong social networks and utilizing sharp analytical acumen, our team has made significant strides in improving workplace conditions and ensuring the collective voice of employees is heard.
