I am a hardworking, driven and enthusiastic person who enjoys taking on challenges and I work well either within a team or individually depending on what the situation requires.I have worked my way up from a Level 1 Technician fielding calls to my most recent accomplishment which consisted of building a new platform for my employers EPOS system and which is now live in 1200 stores in 5 countries. This is a part of my personal drive and focus to improve my own knowledge and to improve the systems and services I am responsible for. I feel that coming from a Level 1 background gives me an insight into the impact changes I make can have on Level 1 front line technicians.I have worked with almost all the Microsoft Technical Stack, including most Client and Server Operating Systems, Exchange Server, SQL Server, Hyper-V and Active Directory Services. I have also worked with various Thin Client technologies for the past 11 years, all based around Remote Desktop Services.
