About Alex Sylvia
I've been incredibly lucky to have diverse experience since graduating in 2019. At that time, I had just finished my BS in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, and began working as a Personal Trainer at a local gym. While that and future roles are not exactly related to the position I hold today, there is a key common denominator I've found that has defined my purpose and my "why". I strive to enable my clients and prospects with the tools or insights they need to succeed, and to support them along the way with direct assistance or simply a smile. I've trained clients with exercise programs to suit their goals. I've consulted clients on investment and retirement plans.
