- To identify problem and issues (technical, process, etc.) encountered and highlight to Team Lead/Manager.- Setup a new office production server AD, DHCP and DNS Server.- Manage/maintain DNS sinkhole lists, DNS blacklist host redirection on AD server.- Manage/maintain AD user groups, users, enforce group policies.- Monitor LAN/WAN, TCP/IP networks, Unicast and Multicast networks as well as customer networks.- Perform packet analysis using Wireshark to diagnose network related or IP products issues.- Configured and troubleshoot Cisco Catalyst / SG series switches for 802.1af, 802.1at, IGMP query/snooping/groups.- Implement and configured IP network camera and VMS in various network environments (E.g.: Multicast, UnicastTCP and UnicastUDP).- Conduct IP products integration testing and liaise with manufacturers on the finding issues.- Conduct FAT / T&C of system setup to handover the systems.

- Configured,troubleshoot and maintained Cisco 800 series routers for VPN connections within Malaysia to Japan. - Manage/maintain Cisco IOS version and router configuration on all the pre-deployed routers.- Have good knowledge in various Linux distros.- Deployed and configured Linux based iSCSI PXE boot server to diskless multi OSes and clients hardware environment.- Setup and maintain server at DC (CX2).- Write Windows Batch Script to solve problems on Windows platform to meet certain requirement or to reduce repetitive tasks.- Schedule backup data on Windows/Linux platform.- Good knowledge in installed, configured, monitored and troubleshoot PC's or Servers and related hardware on all Linux and Windows platforms.

- Maintains database by entering new and updated account information into BASS accounting software.- Verify existing customer record and account data by reviewing, correcting, re-entering or deleting data.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
