As Vice President of Membership, it is my responsibility to manage over 300 members across all tiers of PBL, including General Members, Committee Members, Officers, and Alumni. I lead biweekly meetings and send monthly Alumni News Letters.In addition, I am the main liaison between the California PBL State Team and the Berkeley PBL Chapter. I am the Chapter Representative at the state's largest event the State Business Leadership Conference held every spring. Between now and the competition, I am advising 27 members to prepare for their events and assisting the Berkeley Ms. PBL Candidate prepare for the annual Ms. PBL Pageant. Together, we are currently fundraising towards a goal of $1500 toward the charity, March of Dimes.

I guided and mentored 7 committee members to develop business acumen in regards to both hard and soft skills. Our workshops included successful resume and cover letter strategies, business technology, and more.We also organized and executed the PBL's largest event of the Fall, Nexus, a networking dinner between 18 different companies and over 150 UC Berkeley students.

The Professional Development Committee worked together to host the PBL Career Fair which was a mini career fair that offered recruitment opportunities to UC Berkeley students. In attendance were 13 companies, over 25 professionals, and over 200 students attending.
