I stand by the belief that when it comes to creating excellent products, you should focus on the problem and its nuances. Working backwards is powerful but understanding the why is paramount. I'm a Product Management lead, who's handled various leadership positions including past role as Head of Mobile Product Management at Refinitiv. Responsibilities include taking a portfolio of products to market from MVP to scale-up, owning and communicating the product vision and roadmap, global hiring and team development, setting strategic objectives and KPIs, and most of all, building a product org with a culture to exceed the average.Prior to Refinitiv, my product experience spans into venture building environments across consulting and enterprise capacities. The role as AVP of Product Management at State Street Bank (New York) brought about challenges and opportunities to lead product for the banks first venture outside of core activities. Preceding was the founder and lead Product Manager for a start-up venture studio named Built.Ventures (Sydney). Launching start-ups such as Bud.Chat, Micepage and Virtual Vendors.
