CurrentKey Achievements:• Windows 11 rollout for 400 staff members and 50 VIP users.• Mobile device refresh program 50 VIP users.• Transition from SCCM to Intune app deployment management.Responsibilities• Deliver on-time, high-quality, white glove support to the Executive Leadership C-Suite on a 24/7 basis.• Documentation of best practices and training of new employees, provide recommendations for small and major improvements.• Validation activities as new features are deployed, leading new rollouts. • Troubleshoot and resolve wireless, network, switch, or printer issues; escalate major issues (wireless, network, etc.) to IT Infrastructure technical teams.• Track inventory, validate and report all technology items; report any asset transfers to ensure ownership is properly captured.• Assist across the board in the IT department when required.• Used Software such as ServiceNow, Confluence and Jira for change management.• Ability to work well with others and help enforce changes across the group and company.• Maintain knowledge of current technology, equipment, services, and standards for IT.• Handling and resolving issues with minimal need for escalation.• Gathering and understanding feedback from the broader program stakeholders presenting the insights; and improvement opportunities to head of department.
