We review each deal at multiple stages of the lifecycle to ensure that we achieve the outcomes our clients expect while maintaining target margins, leading to continued growth of 6 to 8% year-over-year.I also serve as an advisor on the global and regional boards for CX architects, where I influence the strategic direction of this important role across the realms of infrastructure, software, and operations.
