CurrentManage and execute marketing initiatives/strategies as set out in the brand strategic outline including all facets of advertising (print, social, and video), retail/channel marketing, pricing initiatives, channel distribution strategies, sales support, promotions, and events for product lines: Nintendo, Universal – Illumination, Black + Decker, The Simpsons (Disney)• Lead cross-functional teams (Costing, Design, Planning, Packaging, Sales) to develop compelling and profitable product lines, which meets licensor’s approval, hit target costs by reviewing the P&L sheet, and adhere to schedule• Create retail-specific programs and exclusives; tailoring product lines and marketing strategies to maximize business across channels (Mass, Online, Club, Value, Alternative Channels)• Analyze and provide category, consumer, competitor, customer and product-specific insights, trends and market research in support of brand strategies• Create effective and compelling packaging and online copy-based product and segment communication strategies, positioning, play pattern and key product features• Pitched and spearheaded the “Bowser Bash” event at the Nintendo Times Square store to support current mainline and Super Mario Bros.
