School Counseling Intern at Pepper Drive Elementary a K-8 school in the Santee School District. I was responsible for managing a caseload of students, and providing solution-focused, and skills-based individual counseling. I facilitated nine small skill-based groups with four to six students covering topics like self-regulation, social skills, resiliency, empowerment, and grief. I also planned and presented classroom guidance lessons and activities for students at all grade levels.
