- Providing on-site support for the RSPS system similar to duties in RPSi, but more emphasis on software

• Deploy and commission 2 systems per site within the timeframe of 3-4 weeks• Assist customer site staff on learning our system on proper and recommended use cases as well as maintenance• Collaborate within my team and with other teams on the commissioning process as well as work in conjunction with senior engineers to troubleshoot issues.• Update and streamline several internal documents for other commissioning teams, as well as my own team. • Work on many interdisciplinary aspects of our RPSi product; software, hardware, and mechatronix• Calibrate and integrate software and hardware robotic sortation and identification systems• Validate systems for customer to specifications and QA quality assurance• Travel around the country to commission multiple systems at a time in an optimized timeline• Start-up and commissioning of robot sortation devices in customers’ sites.• Complete and turn in field reports that capture time and work completed on site.• Proactively identify potential technical issues and suggest corrective actions.• Provide diagnostic analysis, repair and/or preventative maintenance to customers.• Responsible for physical installations such as connections , wiring, etc.• Complete on-site system audits and evaluations.• Reporting tasks.• Fulfill internal and external documentation.• Practice and adhere to safety and training.• Ability to travel to client sites (100% is awesome!)

I manage the Gulf Coast Dental LLC Instagram and Facebook accounts for proper branding, to steer clear of basic copyright and fair use rights, and basic internet marketing through social media.I also run the internet information services for Gulf Coast Dental LLC, putting our company on Google and Apple maps services. This integration inherently also allows for Siri and Google Assistant virtual assistants to locate our company. A great deal of work has been done to bring Google Maps widgets to the website contact page as well. I also manage the information and design of our website.

This job alone has taught me a significant amount about the operations of a day to day business as well as dealing with customers, some more lovelier than others, and many with their own needs and concerns which need to be met. I was told many times, and got a few raises for being a good worker. Many times, I was requested to stop whatever it was I was actively doing to go assist customers, or assist coworkers with customers because I am very good at coming up with a solution and understanding people. Additionally, I was a closer while also in college!
