Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the firms compliance with all regulatory and legal obligations.

I joined Devonalds in November 2007 and I am a Partner in the firm. I am Head of the Commercial and Business department in Devonalds.I also undertake a wide range of matters for private individuals and businesses, which include all areas of Civil Litigation, Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney/Court of Protection matters, Conveyancing, Leasehold Enfranchisement, Trusts and Business matters.As well as running a full caseload I head up the development of the firm's IT, Case Management Systems and website. I also deal with the marketing needs of the firm and assist with the day to day management.Quite often time is of the essence and I pride myself on a fast turnaround time and a service that keeps you as a client updated at every stage, as I realise there is nothing more frustrating that not being kept informed.I feel I am able to relate to clients in a straightforward and clear manner and understand that the majority of clients do not wish to get bogged down in legal jargon but would prefer advice in plain English!
