HomeIQ was created following the demand for client retention presented by the National Association of Realtors. According to NAR, 70% of homeowners do not use the same realtor on their next transaction – homeIQ is tackling this problem by providing realtors and lenders a tool that empowers the clients to build home wealth and creates repeat and referral business.Alex is actively involved in the Sacramento startup community and is passionate about connecting with other entrepreneurs within the PropTech and FinTech sector.
