And outlines any pontential gaps and design with best solutions.Work and liaise with different business units, vendors, partners, and government bodies during the various phases of a project which involves seeking advise, approval and clearance of the project or task to be carried out. Evaluate and selection of vendors and/or solutions, and also carry out tactical and operational plans including planning of growth and anticipating for technology changes, outsourcing planning, providing input for strategic planning and anticipating requirement where possible.Responsible for regular contact and examination of contributions by the project’s stakeholders, covering user representatives, service providers and others as an appropriate bringing about a “meeting of minds” as to requirement and/or performance accordingly to established and guideline and reporting to that corresponding action is taken.

Coordinated and lead within the 3 branches (Penang, Johor Bahru, and Kuala Lumpur) project team members and ensure timely development of the projects assigned to the team.It involves with the milestones planning, implementation phase-by-phase monitor and tracking percentages and status to meet commerce specification, requirements, processes and operation efficiency.Engaged with business development team for pre-sale launch activity with proof of concept (POC) at the system demonstration with end users. Experienced in the project impelemtation activities with requirement study, gap analysis, data migration with various system likes SAP, Peoplesoft, Prosoft or Sage applcaition, in-house or external-site system training, user acceptance testing (UAT), and parallel running activities. And also provides the on-site or off-site support and guidance during the on-going live implementation stage.Participate in specifying statement of work (SOW) and key performance indicators (KPI) on the team performance review.
