Alexandra Trakas is an American entrepreneur and movement enthusiast based in Arlington, Virginia. A VA-native, Alex is the co-founder and was the CEO of BASH Boxing from 2017 – 2024. BASH is a boxing-inspired group fitness experience established in 2017. With over 10 years of experience within the fitness industry and having recently opened BASH's second location in less than two years - Alex has established herself as a true expert in the operational & experiential aspects of developing & delivering a concept – end to end.
