Responsible for the successful integrations and utilization of the learning technology ecosystem (LMS, Analytics, Learning Content Libraries, etc.) to support employee and leader learning and development initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including area Learning & Development teams, IT, and Human Resources to develop and execute strategic plans for the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of learning technologies.

• August 2022, working on Servicenow implementation (CSM and ITSM) to transform digital services and improve the audience experience through a unified platform that will promote self-service thanks to automation tools and Artificial Intelligence.• August 2022, Enabling remote access to specialized software for Tec de Monterrey students through Azure Virtual Desktop and implementation of DaaS-type solutions with Apporto.• May 2022, Transformation of the application virtualization operation at Sorteos Tec from On-premises solutions using Citrix to Azure Virtual Desktop.• April 2022, Salesforce Administrator, the CRM technology platform used in the institution to manage relationships and interactions with different audiences, such as applicants, students, parents, graduates, counselors, companies, and associations.• Implementation of proactive monitoring using tools such as Uptrends and Site24*7 with the purpose of ensuring the best experience for audiences. Implementation of logical and perimeter security using solutions such as: Palo Alto, Imperva and CyberArk.• Since 2019, a pioneer in having achieved the migration of On-premises technological solutions from the Data Center to the Azure cloud, obtaining the benefits like high availability, scalability and cost savings; in addition generating strategies to periodically update the applications and maintain them with manufacturer support.• Implementation of task automation using RPA technology for the generation and delivery of information for decision making.• August 2019, for the deployment of the Tec 21 Educational Model, meant the implementation of an ecosystem of educational technological applications to enable the teaching and learning processes (Canvas, eLumen, Unicheck).• Tecnológico de Monterrey Library: Coordinate the technical implementation so that the discoverer evaluation process can be carried out (EDS, Summon and Primo). Implement the configuration to evaluate the Ex Libris Alma solution.

• Investigated at least 27 technological solutions of which four were finalists for implementation, with the purpose of allowing the concept of "Living Book" to evolve to another in which TOPICS became LEARNING OBJECTS that were reusable and processed in a independent way with the generation of predictive analytics to offer content adapted to the user's needs.• Designed the strategy for the delivery of the Living Book using the Blackboard learning platform and thereby facilitate access to these resources for teachers and students from all Campuses.• For the Tecnológico de Monterrey LMS Evaluation project, I designed the multi-campus process for the implementation of the pilot project of the Desire2Learn Brightspace learning platform; 576 students and 24 professors from the High School, Vocational, and Online Programs Vice-Rectors participated.• For the INCmty entrepreneurship festival, I participated in the implementation of an event management solution that would improve the experience of attendees through their mobile device, making it easier to obtain updates, announcements, agenda, networking, branding, among others.

• Evaluator of the "Use of technology" competence for the Teaching Skills Development Program (PDHD) which served teachers to certify mastery of the teaching skills of the Tecnológico de Monterrey professor. • Developed the workshops “Access and Information Use on Media and Digital Libraries”, “Design of Learning Objects”, “Podcasting as a didactic resource for face-to-face courses” for the competence “Use of Technology” of the Development of Teaching Skills Program. • Designed strategies and workshops to enrich the teaching learning processes, using the technological platform Blackboard: Use of platforms for interaction and collaboration; Use of Blackboard 9.1 and its didactic use, Efficient use of the Blackboard platform. Created resources to take advantage of the platform using Adobe Captivate and video tutorials published on You Tube and Vimeo. • Managed the relationship with technology suppliers for the International Conference of Educational Innovation encouraging their participation in fairs and workshops. • Collaborated in the Inventory of Best Practices in Educational Innovation in the Northeast Region as a Tecnologico de Monterrey representative in the ANUIES National Network for Innovation in Higher Education (RIESA).

• Proposed the simplification and automation of the billing area to reduce the complaints in services rendered by 30%. • Solved the incidents reported by customers through the CRM RightNow solution. • Responsible for the operation of accounts receivable in the Banner System and for providing information to the Data Warehouse.• Proposed the adoption of the GroupMail application to generate the reminders of due payments for the students of Virtual University.

• Configured part of the modules that enabled the Banner system for the process management of the Online Programs of the Virtual University of Tecnológico de Monterrey.• Proposed the development of an application that generated digital diplomas in PDF format to verify the accreditation of the courses offered by the Community Learning Centers in order to diminish delivery time and logistic costs. • Implemented the adoption of the SharePoint platform to favor the collaborative work in the Division. • Responsible for the operation, support and training in the use of WebTec used for the delivery of courses by Continuous Education and Social Programs areas• Facilitated training courses to the coordinators of the Network of Community Learning Centers to assure the quality and use of the educational resources. • I was certified as an evaluator of the competence "Elaboration of documents with computer tools" with the purpose that the department was an evaluation center. • Coordinated the Basic Skills in Computer Science Program offered in online modality to CCAs in Mexico and the US. • Designed online courses for CCA and Social Programs. Topics treated were Basic Computing Skills, Electronic Media Management for Teaching and Learning, Use of the Physical Components of Computers, New Ways of Learning with ICTs, Basic Computer skills for NGOs.

• Consultant of process management of software assets. Attended higher education institutions to diagnose requirements, implement auditing software and provide technical and functional support.
