I worked for ServiceNow as a contractor (via SolomonEdwards). While there I researched and recommended a centralized rapid content development tool for ServiceNow.Created a strategic education plan for the global roll-out of the Apttus CPQ solution.Liaised with IT implementation, Sales, Sales Support, Finance, Sales Operations and other teams to create a sustainable education plan for each division of the organization.

In the first year at Marketo University, completed six major initiatives architected in Education Business development plan intended to transform Marketo University. Headed the Curriculum Development department, oversaw Taleo Education Operations (from billing to infrastructure) and created the Taleo Proficiency practice. The Proficiency practice was a Rapid Content Development (RCD) that Taleo licensed to our customers in order to build and update custom eLearning. During my time at Taleo, I grew the Taleo Proficiency practice into a very profitable team that leveraged and contributed to keeping Taleo customers productive and wildly happy with our products.

Built the Attensity Education organization from the ground up.
