I am Alex Tsalagas & I love building and renovating homes and businesses.Ever since I was a child, I have admired the work of contractors. In the small town I grew up, I would follow construction projects to watch builders, plumbers, electricians and carpenters. When my parents decided to build our very first home, I was so excited I would get to watch everything being built. I got to know the contractors, the foreman and all the laborers. They use to give me leftover wood of 2x4s and plywood, which I would take to my room to make into simple toys and furniture.In later years, I worked for builders and contractors while in school and got a closer look to their lifestyles as I was gaining from their valuable experience. It doesn't matter who you are or what you do, without the proper experience it’s not easy to build or remodel homes and businesses.Who wants to take the risk of a wife complaining this is not working and that's not working and before you know it you end up sleeping on the couch?I believe in providing not only a consultative experience but developing a trusted advisor relationship with my clients. By truly partnering with clients, I am able to understand their investment criteria and unique challenges which allows me to provide them with the home or business that best match their needs. As a CEO of A D Construction LLC and a licensed General Contractor I have spent the last 25+ years successfully managing designs, building and remodeling homes or businesses. My success comes from my deep knowledge of the construction industry, innovating techniques and planning analysis that prevent a faulty takeoff. Most importantly I understand how important trust is in a contractor-client relationship.
