If we are going to leverage AI, digital tools and other technology resources to engage students and make them better learners - we must invest in their teachers. Identifying strategies to facilitate better learning, address social emotional learning by giving students a voice, inspire creative innovation through STEM applications, fierce collaboration and practical partnerships to advance learning in the 21st Century Classroom is exciting and necessary.Practical experience in the following:- Planning innovative learning spaces through a Design Thinking Process- Working with school leaders to help them lead their schools and districts in strategic initiatives- Design outcomes-based professional development models to integrate curriculum with technology- Create Learning Design Plans to support district and/or school-wide technology initiatives- Leverage extensive experience of K-12 market to develop business opportunities for companies- Manage teams of educators in curriculum design projects- Strategic planning and consulting to grow market share in education marketDon't be afraid to fail - "Failure is Knowledge".
