As a Psychometrist for Premier Health’s Clinical Neuroscience Institute, I have experience scoring and administering various neuropsychological tests under the supervision of an Attending Physician. These tests include but are not limited to executive functioning, verbal and visual memory, and language processing. Coming in with little to no experience I was able to begin testing independently within my first two months. Along with testing, I was responsible for scheduling patients in, beginning their prior authorizations, and maintaining patient records in EPIC. I attended weekly tumor board conferences and monthly epilepsy conferences to surgically plan for patients who qualified. These conferences included Physicians from many different specialties such as radiologists, neurosurgeons, epileptologists, and more. I have aided in the intracarotid sodium amobarbital procedure also known as the WADA procedure. I assisted in spearheading the first Telehealth system for the CNSI which kept our clinic open during the COVID19 pandemic.
