*provide hands-on care with patients,perform *routine assignments under supervision of registered nurses, take vitals , which includes, pulse, temprate, respiration rate, blood pressure, and weight. *answer calls or bells to help with additional help as needed *follow proper procedures for lifting and moving patients, *serve and fee (puree as needed) *bathe and dress patient, *perform light housekeeping in patient room,* ambulate patients as directed,*observe patients physical, mental, and emotional conditions,observe fluid intake and output, document patient bowl movements, report any abnormal changes or patterns to head nures,report any violent behavior
