Current• Interact and build relationships with a diverse set of clients, spanning across multiple organizational levels while assuring seamless operations and client satisfaction of the account holders.• Responsible for managing 1,200+ active accounts.• Execute administrative tasks with precision, maintaining meticulous records, analyzing data and leveraging advanced communication and problem-solving.• Demonstrate product expertise through impactful onboarding demos with new clients, maintaining relationships with current clients, and aiding with payment processing for additional features, and site support. • Collaborate with multiple departments in various projects as a QA Tester to ensure site accuracy, and correct functionality of products.• Carefully manage clients’ accounts while building relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.• Exhibits leadership and adaptability in a dynamic team environment, while establishing standards of practice
